Retrieval of Deducted Points A group member can retrieve any deducted points provided that he or she agrees to do additional work for the group and does it to the set standards. Each group member will count as one vote with the exception of the member in question if specific to one AE. Mitigating circumstances Mitigating circumstances are defined as circumstances that are severe, unforeseen and outside an AEs control. They occur immediately before or during the assessment period in question.
